昨兒個看美食節目，看到美味的磅蛋糕
Handsome 說，啥是磅蛋糕
不就是一磅奶油、一磅糖、一磅麵粉加一磅蛋，順口說，明天來試試吧!
今天看完食譜後，一如以往有些猶豫，因為磅蛋糕的奶油比例實在太高，好吃，不過不太健康
Handsome 自己說，還是來做戚風蛋糕吧!

周六一早八點多上菜市場，希望買到比較新鮮的研究對象
本來是想買牛蛙，還是不夠早，被賣光了
回頭買了兩尾台灣鯛(就是吳郭魚啦!) $ 65.
開始上第二課囉!

看到豬心兩顆一百，Handsome 突發奇想，
可以買回家給小孩上解剖課
